Client reviews

It all happened so quickly...Harley sold our home in May of 2026 in just a week. Very unusual in this market right? We had worked with him on a couple of other deals and decided it was time to sell our Orillia home. He got to work right away and we had a good offer very quickly. Thanks Harley for all your efforts!

Brian and Barb

Harley Cooper has been a super person to work with through both the selling of our home and the buying of our new condo. He knows the business well, was very responsive to all our requests and questions. Harley’s honest, affirming approach made us feel confident as we made big decisions. His sales plan came together successfully within 3 weeks and the relationship he built with the Realtors on both of the transactions helped make the process clear and smooth.

Joy and Wheat

Even though my purchase didn't go through in the end and this wasn't big numbers, Harley was there, he answered every text, he answered every call. I cannot stress enough how amazing Harley is, not only at his job but also at being so down to earth. Thanks again Harley for all your hard work.

Pauline Holloway

In 2022, my wife and I moved to the town of Orillia, into a small apartment. After a year and a half, we were in the market for a house to be a home for our growing family. Harley's diligent and honest approach to real estate was a blessing to us. We had never bought a house before, and he made the whole process seamless, while making sure we understood every step of the way. Two years later, after a life-altering change in our lives, Harley helped us again with the sale of that same house. He worked with us through a tough time in our lives, going above and beyond what a real estate agent usually does. His experience, knowledge, and advice have been a blessing, and while I personally haven't dealt with other real estate agents before, I have talked to others in my life who have. I believe Harley is not only a great real estate agent, but a great person, and I hope that in 10+ years when my wife and I move next, Harley will be there to help us once again. Thank you Harley.

Mitch and Mischa

It was a pleasure working with Harley to sell our condo. Harley is a very authentic person who is easy to work with. He provides clear and sensible guidance, and was readily available to help us during the stressful time of selling our property. We sold our condo during a difficult selling period, when it was a buyers' market, and we sold it in under 2-weeks and for the price we were hoping for.

Michael & Erin

I have worked with Harley on more than one property and he has always gone above and beyond to answer every question and provide all information I’ve requested, always patient and never pushy, He is always well educated on each property involved and is incredibly easy and smooth to work with. Could not ask for a better realtor,

Dan

I can’t recommend Harley highly enough! He’s so helpful, patient and flexible. Does not pressure to make decisions, offers super helpful advice.

Amanda

Harley was great to work with. He was patient and listened to what our needs were, and he found us our perfect house. We couldn’t be happier and always recommend him to friends and family.

Chris

Harley Cooper was amazing from the start! A few weeks ago we moved into our home and we couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter! Even before finding and falling in love with this house, Harley had also taken us to view several different properties throughout the year. We never felt pressured by him, he was always punctual, knowledgeable, and organized! House hunting can be so stressful, but Harley made it exciting, and all around a positive experience. He negotiated well, kept us informed always, was super respectful and supportive of any decision we wanted to make, while also guiding us with his expertise throughout the process. Harely genuinely listens and takes in all the small detail and we’re just so grateful he helped us find the house we now call home !

Chelsea and Johny

Harley helped my family find a home in record time. He was professional, honest, kind and knowledgeable. He made a potentially stressful situation a little bit easier and was available for any questions I had. He also checked in often during the process to make sure we had what we needed. Harley is a realtor with a heart and I highly recommend him.

Amanda

We recently worked with Harley Cooper and Andre Jmourko when we sold our house and purchased our condo. We honestly can’t recommend them enough. They were honest, compassionate, hardworking and knowledgeable. They really took the time to get to know us and what our future plans were. They understand that they’re not just selling a house, but a home and we immediately felt that they had our best interests at heart. Their real estate expertise, marketing strategy and organized professionalism resulted in a flawless selling experience. Our home sold above asking within 5 days on the market, and they helped us navigate a multiple offer situation with both our Sale and our Purchase. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harley and Andre to anyone, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Nemesio & Rachel Medeiros

“Harley looked after our sale as if he were looking after family. If you are looking for someone to make you feel like you are his number one priority Harley is your guy. Robert, Chris, Jen.” Thank you again!

Chris , Jen , Robert

We were young first time home buyers excited to start a new chapter of our lives and Harley made that possible! He was very knowledgeable in all aspects and there for us whenever we needed him. His advice and experience made us feel so much better about our decisions. We will definitely recommend Harley to all of our friends and family !

Kayla and Ryan

Energetic, patient, passionate are the few of many characters to describe Harley and Andre. As an investor from out of town, Harley and Andre were our lighting stars for our search for an investment property in Barrie. Their knowledge about Barrie’s market, neighborhoods and potential tenants have eased our fears when approaching an unfamiliar area. Above all, their negotiation skills were exceptional. Proving by our purchase price was 20k below market value, especially during multiple offers. To Harley and Andre, we can’t thank you both enough for everything you’ve done and continue doing for us. We will miss all those house viewing times during snow storm and odd hours with you guys. It was our pleasure to meet both of you!

Ann & Binh

Harley and Andre did a wonderful job selling our house and we can't thank them enough! We had multiple offers on the first day of listing and sold! Our closing was rather quick, but Harley and Andre were able to negotiate and accommodate our needs. They were both enthusiastic, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They really took the time to help navigate your way through and prepare for the best outcome. Thank you, Harley and Andre for making this the most stress-free, easy and informative transaction.

Mo & Dana

This note is a thank you to Harley Cooper for facilitating a professional and friendly sale of our home. It came time to downsize and Harley was great from the first handshake to the last. He provided staging advice through a professional, a detailed binder of all aspects of the selling process and put in the time with an open house. There was also question and answer exchanges with prospective buyers, a very nicely handled purchasing offer/counter-offer step and a deal closed. Thank you again Harley. Chris & Laura

Chris & Laura

Harley Cooper is very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Since we were from out of town, his knowledge about the Barrie area was most helpful in finding us a home.

Paul & Maria

What can we say about Harley that hasn't already been said. Harley was incredible!! This was the first time that we had sold a house and had a lot of questions and apprehension. Harley was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and helped us to feel really good about all of the ups and downs of the selling process. Harley was able to meet and keep up with our demanding timelines and schedules. He was instrumental in helping us find trades to help with the process of selling, and was always there with a contact, suggestion, or solution to anything that we came up against. We can't say enough great things about the time that we spent with Harley, and all of the great things that he did for us. If this is the first home that you are buying or selling, you can rest assured that Harley has your best interests at heart, and will go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible. Thanks Harley!!

Sean & Wendi Kohler

Working with Harley has been a great experience. He is very professional to work with. His flexibility, knowledge and honesty was very helpful in my home buying venture. Would definitely recommend him and look forward to working together again in the future. Thanks Harley!

Colin

We needed a home together and wanted to sell our two places we owned separately, so we asked Harley to help us out. We had been looking for a while and wanted a specific type of house and Harley was extremely helpful in this situation. Our sales of the two properties and the purchase of the third was made extremely easy with the help of Harley Cooper. We will recommend his expertise to anyone who needs a knowledgeable realtor.

Lorin and Sandra

Supportive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient. Those are just a few words to describe Harley. We were looking for someone who would treat our experience as if it was their own and that’s exactly what he did. Harley was always quick to respond and flexible with our crazy schedule. He always did what was best for our family no matter what the sacrifice meant for him. Harley made our unpredictably crazy transition so much more fluent and pleasant and we couldn't be more grateful. He’s kind, he’s generous and we couldn’t have asked for a better individual to assist our family during this transition. Our family highly recommends him. You’d be crazy not to use him! - The Norton Family

Scot, Jill, Olivia and Isabella Norton

Purchasing and selling properties for most people is a big step, it was important to us that we find an agent that understood this and would be working to meet our needs and concerns. We met Harley and within minutes knew he was the right person for us. We had a rental property and needed a fast sale and closing and thanks to his knowledge and experience took all the right steps to get the property where it needed to be to make this happen. Harley checks all the boxes if your looking for a great agent that goes above and beyond for his clients. We thank you Harley and intend to stay in touch.

Brenda and Conrad

A few years ago, Harley helped us to purchase an income property. We had a very successful few years renting out part of our duplex while we saved for our forever home. Timing didn't go as planned and we were faced with a quick purchase date for our new home and decided to sell our income property. With little notice and right after the "hottest selling market ever" phase had wound down, Harley still pulled off a quick sale for a great price. He gave us advice to prepare for the sale of our house and worked around the clock to get us exactly what we wanted. Within just a few days Harley had multiple offers for us and was amazing at explaining all of the real estate jargon to ensure we understood everything. Thanks to Harley's hard work and dedication, we are now settling into our new home....

Dan and Laura

Hi, just a note to say thanks for all you have done for us throughout this process. As first time buyers, we had a lot of unanswered questions regarding the purchase of our home. Thank you for providing the answers to many of these and giving us informed advice on the homes that we visited!

Ann Smith

Harley was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful not only helping me find a house but with the closing of it as well. My situation was a bit unusual, as I had a short closing and the people I bought off of rented from me for a couple of months. I ran into a few issues with being a first-time home buyer and having the closing of the house this way. This included getting tenant insurance and making sure I got my first-time home buyers benefit even though I wasn’t taking possession of the house right away. Harley personally called my mortgage broker, lawyer, and found me an insurance broker to ensure the process went smoothly. I cannot thank him enough for helping me through this stressful time as a first-time home buyer. Harley is the most honest realtor I have met. I had an unpleasant experience with a past realtor and was very jaded but he has changed my outlook. I would highly recommend Harley to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Lisa Rhodenizer

We spent several months hunting for our first home in the peak of the hot housing market. Throughout the journey Harley provided honest and helpful advice and was able to use his knowledge of the housing industry to guide us in the right direction. We never felt pressured into a deal and always knew Harley had our best interests at heart. Harley is a fantastic real estate agent and quickly became a good friend of ours, he's thoughtful and trustworthy and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Harley!

Katie & Stacey

Harley was my real estate agent selling my house at a time when the market was not doing very well. Harley was a straight shooter and did not make me feel pressured to consider a lower house price to sell it quicker, or even to decide to go with him in the first place to sell my house. When the negotiations began with the future home buyer, I'm confident he was able to get me the best price for my house. Harley was effective in achieving the end goal of selling my house. I would recommend Harley to anyone who like to feel like a somebody throughout the real estate process and not feel like another number. I will also be using him in my future real estate transactions. -Adam

Adam

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, flexible and excellent communication. These are just a few key aspects of Harley Cooper that makes him an outstanding realtor. My spouse and I were intially reluctant to meet with a realtor when looking to purchase our first home. Harley's professionalism allowed us to see the benefits of having a realtor on our side. His ability to effectively communicate and answer any question in a timely manner was extremely helpful. We would like to sincerely thank Harley for helping us find not only a house but a home. Luke Bloomer & Tori Zufelt

Where to begin. Harley has always been professional and hard working. From the moment I first met him to his approach at helping us sell our house he has been straight forward and honest to the very last detail. Like some of the clients testimonials before me, trying to sell our house when the market went down was a scary thought. Our needs were more of a time constraint vs bang for buck. My husband (Brandon) got a new job and was commuting from Peterborough to Barrie for 3 months-obviously not sustainable. We needed to move and move quickly, Harley pushed our property through open houses, leaflets, web advertising, youtube channels, facebook accounts, crazy amount of showings and aggressive pricing. As you can see we were thrilled with his knowledge, expertise and also with his many vehic...

Michele and Brandon Snow

Harley made me feel at ease and answered any and all questions I asked. There was sincerity in helping me find my first house, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured to pick out a house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing a house.

Chris Garratt

I was referred to Harley by a family that had a good experience with him. He listen to everything thing I had to say and with a lot of hard work he ultimately found me a great house at a very good price in one of the hottest markets in the country. He has my business for life!

Nick Redmann

Harley Cooper is very personable and went above and beyond to assist me in resolving many factors related to the purchase of my new home. His sage advice and ability to provide strategic direction regarding negotiations left me feeling very calm and resulted in the best outcome regarding the purchase price for my new home.

Tammy

As a first time home buyer I wanted a real estate agent that not only I felt I could trust, but would also show me lots of patience and be willing to go the extra mile to assist me through this completely new stage in my life and Harley did just that! My work schedule didn’t allow me to view homes at the more convenient times, but Harley made sure his schedule was flexible so that I could see places when I was available. I was new to house hunting and wasn’t quite sure exactly what I wanted, I just knew what I could afford. Harley listened to the things I liked and didn’t like, shared ideas and listings with me and made the whole process enjoyable. I was in no rush to find a place and wanted to make sure this big purchase was exactly what I wanted. Harley showed patience and never pushed ...

Amberly

From day one Harley made my family and I feel like a priority! From getting our old house ready to sell and finding our new perfect home he was by our side making everything seem so simple. Harley's knowledge in the market made us confident we made the right choice and we are so happy to have found an agent who went so far above and beyond. We can't thank him enough and wouldn't hesitate recommending Harley to anyone we know who is buying or selling!!

Jenna and Eric

Harley Cooper has been nothing but amazing through the whole journey of the purchase of our house. He demonstrated the highest degree of patience, understanding and professionalism. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him for your future real estate needs. He has truly gone above and beyond anything we were expecting of a Realtor. Thank you so much Harley!

Julie and Mark

Just a few words to thank Harley for selling our home and fast. From telling us exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready, to selling it at a great price in less than a week. Thank you for being honest and easy to work with at the same time. Very highly recommended!

Tom & Sandy

Harley was great at helping us find our new place in Washago. Because we were from out of town, he had to work around our schedules to arrange visitations and these appointments often went late into the evening. He always took the time to assess our findings to explore our needs. I think this helped us refine our search. He is sincere, hard-working, efficient, professional and dedicated to his work. We look forward to working with Harley again and we would recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs.

Todd and Carolyn

Harley was always readily available to answer our questions and meet us on short notice. We can’t think of anything to improve his service. The best thing about this process was envisioning our lives in a new home, but it was a challenge! We are so excited - we found our new home! Thank you Harley!

Jessica and Pedro

Harley was extremely accommodating and always willing to work around my busy and unpredictable schedule as a shift worker. It was great being able to take my time and look at all kinds of different houses in order to determine what exactly I was looking for. I learned just how quickly the real estate market moves. There wasn’t a lot of time to make decisions. In the end, I was able to find a home that met all my needs. I appreciated the updates that I have received from Harley after the purchase of my house which showed similar homes selling for much more. Now I know for sure I made the right choice! Thank you Harley!

Anna

Harley was easy to talk with and we felt comfortable with all the advice and comments he gave us. The house showings were very accommodating with our odd work schedules. I liked how the up-to-date house listings were emailed to me, super convenient! It was great to be walked through the steps of buying a house, since we didn’t know much about the buying process, this being our first home purchase. Harley really listened to what we wanted and cared about - our likes and dislikes, with every house we saw. We were worried we wouldn’t find the “right” house for us in our price range. It was nerve wrecking. Thanks Harley for making this a great process. We are now new home owners!

Stephanie & Steve

The best thing about our buying experience was how stress free our first home purchase was! We were extremely lucky in finding a house that we fell in love with in such a short time, and having Tim and Harley so efficiently helping us with all of the other components such as organizing house viewings, meeting us at obscure hours to ensure that our offer was put through in a timely fashion, and explaining everything to us in great detail. Waiting for the home owners to accept our offer was a bit stressful, but overall everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, accommodating, responsive and efficient! Many thanks to the Salisbury Team!

Chris Ukroenz and Lindsay Karr

Finding someone who is honest and really cared about us and not just looking for a paycheque was very important to us. Harley is honest and sincere. He is very good at his job. He helped us to find a house that we have made our home. We would happily recommend Harley to anyone.

Sam and Irina

Harley made our first home-buying experience memorable for all the right reasons. He is personable and professional, and his ambitious go-getter attitude helped us find the perfect home within our budget, despite a very competitive market. We have happily recommended Harley to friends and heard nothing but positive reviews. We can't wait to work with Harley again in the future!

Ryan and Shelby

We were very happy to get a house that we really like, thanks to the Salisbury Team! The team’s buyer rep., Harley Cooper, was warm and trusting. He was great to work with, always managed to work within our timelines, and always followed through with questions we may have had. The Team was great! Thanks!

RS & AS

Working with Harley was a great experience. He went way beyond what I thought a real estate agents scope of work was. Now I understand that having someone help navigate one of the biggest changes in my life and negotiate as well as he did for price is a huge value. Thank you Harley!

Sherry

We appreciated the expertise of the Salisbury Team in negotiating an offer to get us the best price and terms. We learned a few things together and it ended in a smooth sale. Thanks to Timothy and Harley – we appreciated their service!

Brandon & Derek

I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for me. You went so far above and beyond. I know you’ve put in a lot of extra time and effort in order to make this process easier for me. You are so amazing at what you do!

Laura

We have nothing but good things to say about the experience we had buying a new home and selling our old home with the Salisbury Team. Harley Cooper was a pleasure to work with during the buying process: he listened carefully to our family’s needs, treated everyone (including our kids!) with utmost respect, gave us excellent advice on how to negotiate a fair price, and made himself entirely available to us so that the purchase was made with the minimum amount of stress on the family. Don’t let Harley’s age fool you! He is a consummate professional, a sharp observer, and an extremely caring individual.

Neta & Martin

The Salisbury Team was fantastic, personable and accommodating. Overall this was a great buying experience! Harley Cooper explained everything so it became a learning experience I won't forget. The explanations, on and for everything, made it relaxing and fun! The waiting was hard and I was anxious, but Harley helped to keep me grounded and focused. I’d recommend the Salisbury Team to any and everyone – thank you! Catharine Halliday

Catharine

Thank you is not enough to say after having the pleasure of Harley handling the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. The level of professionalism, efficiency, care and consideration that Harley so naturally demonstrated was far beyond any other. It is a rarity these days to find anyone who is as kind and enthusiastic as Harley is. This was a rather difficult transition for me personally and Harley helped the process go smoother than I could have imagined. He was patient, understanding and kept my best interest in mind. I can't thank him enough. Hands down best realtor! I will refer him to ALL and continue to use him for my future deals. Keep on killing it Harley!!

Sarah

The Salisbury Team was always working hard with my changing list of wants and needs. They even kept pace working with me while I was out of the country! Hanging out with Harley and his dog was an added perk! Thanks to the Team for an overall good buying experience. Mark Pete

Mark Peter

Cristan Cooper

Harley helped us buy our first home together, which we can’t thank him enough. Jason and have I never dealt with a real estate agent before and we were honestly a little nervous before we started our home buying process. Harley made the whole process seamless and easy!!! Harley is a very honest, genuine, friendly, and down to earth agent. These are the most important qualities we were looking for in an agent. He was able to negotiate an amazing price for the home we bought! We will be repeat customers and will be recommending him to all our friends and family! Thank you so much, Harley! We absolutely couldn’t be happier :)
