A few years ago, Harley helped us to purchase an income property. We had a very successful few years renting out part of our duplex while we saved for our forever home. Harley was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful not only helping me find a house but with the closing of it as well. My situation was a bit unusual, as I had a short closing and the people I bought off of rented from me for a couple of months. I ran into a few issues with being a first-time home buyer and having the closing of the house this way. This included getting tenant insurance and making sure I got my first-time home buyers benefit even though I wasn’t taking possession of the house right away. Harley personally called my mortgage broker, lawyer, and found me an insurance broker to ensure the process went smoothly. Where to begin. Harley has always been professional and hard working. From the moment I first met him to his approach at helping us sell our house he has been straight forward and honest to the very last detail. Like some of the clients testimonials before me, trying to sell our house when the market went down was a scary thought. Our needs were more of a time constraint vs bang for buck. My husband (Brandon) got a new job and was commuting from Peterborough to Barrie for 3 months-obviously not sustainable. We needed to move and move quickly, Harley pushed our property through open houses, leaflets, web advertising, youtube channels, facebook accounts, crazy amount of showings and aggressive pricing.
